Return and Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call 1 (512) 222-3336 within 30 days of receipt to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges, unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.

Tea Exchanges: Prime Tea will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless due to company error. You must email us at info@teaforte.com or call 1 (512222-3336 for an RMA number. No exchange will be given for items returned without an RMA number.

Accessory Warranty: All Prime Tea accessories carry a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase must be provided to show that the purchase is within the timeframe to receive a replacement. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. For third-party products not produced by Prime Tea, please see specific manufacturer warranty (usually located on the product box) for specific terms and conditions.
