A note about address changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change your shipping address. Please double-check the shipping address before checkout to confirm accuracy.

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard Orders: Standard orders ship from the warehouse within three business days after the order is placed. For the United States, please allow 3-5 business days transit time. For US Territories, please allow 6–10 days. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, transit times will vary 10–15 days, depending on the destination. Orders to Canada ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Express Orders: Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders ship the same business day if placed by 12 PM ET, otherwise, these orders will ship the following business day. Express Shipping options are only available within the United States.

P.O. BOXES

We ship to P.O. Boxes in the United States. To ship to a U.S. P.O. Box, choose "Standard" shipping. For pricing, please refer to the US rate charts for "Standard". We do not currently ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING RATES FOR MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Our "Multi-Ship" feature allows customers to ship to multiple locations in one order. Please note that shipping rates will be applied for each shipment the items are addressed to. To qualify for free shipping, the free shipping threshold must be reached per shipment within Multi-Ship. Otherwise, shipping rates will apply for those shipments that do not reach the threshold.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call 1 (512) 222-3336 within 30 days of receipt to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges, unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.

Tea Exchanges: Prime Tea will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless due to company error. You must email us at info@primeteashop.com or call 1 (512222-3336 for an RMA number. No exchange will be given for items returned without an RMA number.

Accessory Warranty: All Prime Tea accessories carry a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase must be provided to show that the purchase is within the timeframe to receive a replacement. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. For third-party products not produced by Prime Tea, please see specific manufacturer warranty (usually located on the product box) for specific terms and conditions.
